So you want to be a Warrior huh?
Why not just get a pair of boxing gloves and buy a punching bag and call it good? Mostly because blunt force trauma is rarely effective in an attack. There’s a principal that I referred to, which is called ki kim chae, which deals with your foundation, the delivery system generated by core muscle groups, and the synergy in the perfected hit. Buying a punching bag and boxing gloves to think that now you’re going to be a warrior is no different than saying I’m going to buy a football, and now I’m Tom Brady.
Warriors and Senior Warriors encapsulate 100 years of experience teaching thousands of young and older adults how to incorporate time-tested martial art skills, preventing you from being injured from an attack. The Warrior system is easy to train, easy to retain. It is a simple self-defense system.
In today’s culture of instant gratification, you would just like to be able to take a pill and be Bruce Lee or Chuck Norris. That ain’t happening.
What you can do is commit to daily discipline. To daily commit to five minutes of reputation of neural pathway and muscle memory stimulation to engage the supercomputer on your shoulders with solutions to the question of:

Lawlessness abounds on the land. Violent crimes are up. I don’t say this to bring fear. I hate fear. And I hate what fear does. Fear chokes your potential, life, destiny, and purpose because it’s a lie.
What I want for you is life and life abundant, peace and security, reaching your destiny and purpose of what you were created for. There are wolves out there that want to steal that, prevent that, and destroy that. I say those wolves need to be put down and Warriors and Senior Warriors gives you the skill set to understand how.
Your life’s destiny is not to be a victim; it is to be an overcomer.
