It completely supports everything we previously talked about in establishing neural pathways, muscle memory and how fast the super computer on our shoulders can problem solve safety for the unit.
I do not want you to begin your journey as a warrior because of a tragedy that happened. I want you to begin it now so that you can fully enjoy all that life has to offer.

If you commit to five minutes a day of training, it will completely transform your life, body, soul and spirit. Everything you do, the thoughts that you think, the actions that you take will progressively be transformed into confidence and success.
